Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $100 CAD for Canadians and $100 USD for Americans.

Return policy and instructions

You’re welcome to return your order within 30 days of receiving it — no questions asked. Items must be in their original condition.

Just send us an email at marisellejewelry@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A quick note telling us you’d like to return
  • (Optional) A photo if something’s wrong

We’ll take it from there.

How long does it take to process a return?

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it's in original condition, please allow up to 5–7 business days for your refund to be processed. You'll get an email confirmation when it's done.

Do you offer a warranty?

Mariselle pieces come with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If your piece isn’t holding up as it should, we’re here to help.

Please note: Our 6-month warranty covers manufacturing defects only. This means issues that occurred during the production of your piece, not damage from everyday wear or accidents.

For example, a clasp that breaks soon after you receive it or a stone that falls out because it wasn't set properly would be covered.

Scratches, tarnishing caused by exposure to chemicals or workouts, or a ring that bends from pressure are not covered.

Can I return a sale item?

Yes, sale items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as they’re in original condition and packaging.
